How long it all takes

In many cases we can make it happen in 1-2 weeks. It all depends on promotion products that you are enquiring about. Best to tell us when you need them and we will do what we can to make this happen.

Shipping cost

We ship worldwide with reputable international and domestic couriers. Once we know what you’re after, where you want it shipped and when you require it we’ll give you the right freight price to suit your quote.

Set up charges vary depending on your requirement and the types of files you send us and the type of imprint. In most cases set up charges have already been taken into account and has been amortised into the unit price based on quantity you require. This means the price you see for the item is the price you pay.

Sometimes set up costs are charged because of the type of logo file you send us. Vectorised eps files are the best files to avoid extra set up charges. When requesting a quote it is always bets to send us the file you want us to work with so we can get you the most accurate quote.

Decorating your promotional products with your brand or message is done in a variety of ways depending on the product you are choosing. Apparel for instance can be embroidered or printed. Each product pages shows you the options for decorations for that particular item. Here is some information for you to help you get your head around the different imprint options.

In most cases on the website the prices set for imprinting is limited to a specific stated size. Other size imprint may be an optional but would incur a different charge. We will provide you with the specific size when we send you a quotation.

Embroidery

Embroidery is used primarily for Apparel and cloth patches. We pride ourselves on ensuring you get the best quality embroidery available. In most cases your logo can be full colour Embroided. Embroidery looks classy and is slightly raised of the garment. We can provide close matches to PMS colours but are limited to the thread that is available and so cannot guarantee exact matches.

Embroidery costs are based on stich counts and so prices may vary depending on the requirement.

UV Digital Print

UV Digital print is a specialised full colour printing system used widely in the promotional products industry to imprint your image onto many promotional product items such as USB Drives, Pens, Drink Bottles and other promo items. It provides a good solution for colour matching.

Screen Print

In some cases we may use screen printing to achieve your imprint decoration requirements

Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving provides a fast and economical decoration for many items including Metal, Acrylic, Plastic, timber and some glass. We prefer to sand blast glass and crystal promotional products as this gives you the best result on glass.

Sand Blasting

Sand blasting is the idea engraving process for glass and crystal. Laser engraving does not do a great job of glass and crystal and is dull and rough. WE prefer to provide you with excellent workmanship so we use the sand blasting process for your glass and crystal items.
