How to place an order:
Once you know the items you like, send us through an email & let us know you created a quote & would like to order the items quoted & advise a date required (If known)
Ensure attached to the email is any logos or required text + required colours.
We will then email you through a copy of the invoice for payment & advise what further detail we require.
Payment can be made by Eftpos, direct deposit cheque or cash.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express (3% surcharge applies to American Express transactions).

Payment by Cash can be made in person at out store location.
An order is deemed an order once payment has been made and funds are cleared. For instant order activation please make payment by Credit Card.
When paying by direct deposit please allow 1-2 business days for funds to be cleared to our bank account.
When paying by cheque Please allow 7-10 working days for funds to clear to our bank account.
Please note we cannot control bank fund clearing and delays may occur that are out of our control.
Any additional fees charged by your bank effecting the transaction is your responsibility.
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the images, prices, and details of the products listed on this site. The quoted imprint prices on this site have been built from average prices & is subject to viewing artwork requirements.
Should a discrepancy arise between the contents of the site and the products you receive, you are entitled to return the product, provided you comply with our returns policy.
Sizes, volumes, and capacities are approximate and we will not be held responsible if an item is smaller or larger than that stated. Each individual product may vary in size from one to the other. This is unavoidable in most cases.
Small design and or colour changes to products may occur as a result of changes made by the manufacturer without prior notice. This is not within our control. All descriptions/information are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy although every care is taken.
On imprint goods, no responsibility can be taken by Premier Awards for any mistakes made by the purchaser in ordering their goods. Any item that has been customised, engraved or change for your unique requirements is not refundable should you decide it does not suit your purpose or if you change your mind after the item has been customised.
Premier Awards Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage or injury incurred by the customer as a result of purchasing the products from this site.
By purchasing a product, you also consent to any terms and conditions laid down by the payment gateway being used in the transaction.

If any order is cancelled and no stock has been ordered and no work has been carried out a cancellation fee will apply. This price is TBC depending on the order information.
If the stock has been ordered by Premier Awards to fulfill your order you will be liable for a re-stocking fee which will vary depending on the product. If any materials have been customised to your specifics we can not provide you with a refund.
Any Credit card surcharges that may have been paid cannot be refunded.
